LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP · MANUFACTURING
THE BRIEF
An established leadership team, newly integrated into a larger corporate structure — individually capable, but not yet operating as one aligned unit. Communication wasn’t landing consistently, strategy needed translating into action, and behaviours were slipping under pressure.
We delivered a half-day leadership workshop followed by individual 1:1 sessions, built around DISC profiling, leadership behaviour under pressure, and communicating strategy clearly — practical and focused on real behaviour, not theory.
The approach
WHAT WE DID
A practical, interactive half-day leadership workshop followed by individual 1:1 coaching, focused on real behaviour, not theory.
Leadership styles (DISC)
Every leader profiled with DISC to surface individual communication styles and where misunderstandings were most likely to happen.
Behaviour under pressure
How stress, workload and habits change the way leaders show up, and simple ways to stay consistent and in control.
Communicating strategy
Turning high-level strategy into clear, simple messages, tailored to each audience and free of mixed signals.
Practical team exercises
A bridge-building and a strategy-translation exercise to surface how leaders communicate and behave under pressure.
Leadership team alignment
A structured, honest conversation on how the team works together, reviewing what was and wasn’t working in their meetings and agreeing clear improvements.
1:1 follow-up coaching
Individual sessions for each leader to reflect, identify practical changes and strengthen how they lead.
The results
THE OUTCOME
More open, honest conversation across the team
Greater awareness of individual leadership styles
Clearer, more practical communication of strategy
Better alignment between sales and operations
