Alcohol performance coaching

Change your relationship with alcohol. Create more space to perform at your best.

A drink to switch off can become a habit you’d like to change. You might still be delivering at work, while questioning what drinking is costing you in energy, focus or time with your family.

I help professionals and senior leaders understand their drinking habits and regain control. Whether you want to drink less, take a tactical alcohol-free break or explore sobriety, we build a practical plan around your goals.

Drawing on my own experience and specialist coaching training, I offer an honest, confidential space to make changes without judgement or pressure to follow one path.

Let’s talk about what you’d like to change.

Alcohol performance coaching FAQs

Alcohol performance coaching helps you explore how drinking fits into your life and the impact it has on your performance. We look at your habits, triggers and goals, then build practical changes around how you want to feel, work and live.

There is no expectation that everyone must choose sobriety. Your goal may be to drink less, take an alcohol-free break or stop altogether. We explore what is appropriate for you, recognising that moderation will not suit everyone.

A tactical break is a planned period without alcohol, giving you space to step back from your usual habits. We agree its purpose, reflect on your experience and consider your next steps, rather than treating it as a countdown to drinking again.

I work with professionals, business owners and senior leaders who want more control over their drinking. You may still be performing well, but feel alcohol is affecting your energy, focus or presence at home. You can seek support before things reach a crisis.

Yes. Drinking habits can be connected to work pressure, boundaries and how you switch off. We can explore alcohol within your wider coaching, alongside lifestyle, mindset and leadership.

No. Coaching supports changes in habits and behaviour; it does not provide medical treatment or detox. If you may be dependent on alcohol or experience withdrawal symptoms, seek medical advice before reducing or stopping drinking.
